Drink up – Rhubarbie

Ingredients

35ml Tequila blanco
30ml Pressed rhubarb juice 20ml Lime juice
10ml Agave syrup

Method

Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into a rocks glass with a dried rhubarb and black salt rim and garnish with a dried lime wheel.
