Glass Door x Marble Private

It doesn’t go unnoticed that we are here, organising mind blowing events, with delicious food, drinks and entertainment, whilst only a block down from our offices, others are struggling for a roof over their head. We wanted to start an initiative that recognised this disparity and enabled us to help.

Having spent 10 years in West London, we focussed our search there. It is a place which has been home to many of us at Marble and although we no longer have our offices there, it remains close to our hearts.

We learnt about Glass Door, an independent homeless charity which has been operating in London since 1999. Through donated funds, partnerships with local community centres and churches, they provide practical and emotional support, stability and shelter to those in need. They help build a pathway out of poverty for the many people who find themselves living the nightmare of homelessness.

A Helping Hand
We are launching this initiative in 2025, where a fee from every project from Marble Private events will go to Glass Door to provide meals, support and shetter to the West London community. We hope to be able to continue to support Glass Door for as many years that are required. Homeless charities see a clear route out of poverty, but they need our support, to get the governmental action and funds to ensure that no one sleeps rough again.
