When it comes to party hosting, organising a party abroad is definitely the road less travelled. Many people are likely put off by the uncertainties, the additional admin, the costs for your friends and family and for many, the stress of organising lengthy childcare. We get it. 

But let’s flip this narrative on its head and see the positives the other side of the rainbow. 

If you are planning a milestone birthday, you’re turning 30, 40, 45 (why not!) 50 or 60, heck 70, the key motive for the party is to get all your most cherished people together for some incredibly memorable moments. You may experience some set backs. Persevere. There are always those YES friends who say IN before the dust settles on their invitation, whilst others take their time to work things through. You’ll want to work out your key priorities (somewhere warm/ by the sea/ in the mountains), where can be reached easily and what kind of flight times there are so that you and your guests can maximise their stay with minimal disruptions, connections or time wasting.
