Sky High 25th Birthday Party
Our creative team were tasked with designing a magical woodland setting in the clouds overlooking the city skyline for our client’s 25th birthday, which united friends and family on a central London rooftop.
With our client returning to London from university in the USA, we set to work finding the perfect private venue with one of the best views of London to help her reconnect with the city. LSQ Rooftop was perfect for the occasion, situated in the centre of Leicester Square, complete with an epic ceiling canopy of flowers and foliage.
Working closely with our florists, we transformed the room into a fairytale woodland from floor to ceiling, with an abundance of living blooms placed all around the room, matched with dancing candlelight and twinkling lights entwined in the canopy of flowers overhead.
As part of the night’s entertainment, and to bring a floral touch to every wall of the room, our team created a floral photo-wall for guests to pose in front of. We made sure to make this one a night to remember, creating a guest book station complete with a polaroid camera for friends and family to take photos and stick straight into the book with their birthday messages.
We paid close attention to the details for this party, and injected a touch of fairytale magic into every twist and turn. Tiny dried flowers were arranged into each place setting, and the whimsical little copper frames made a perfect gift for guests to take home and remember an epic party. Our bespoke birthday cake and cupcakes were also adorned with fresh flowers and placed on wood cuts, as if you happened upon them in a woodland clearing!
Throughout the night, we made sure to cater to the birthday girl’s favourite things, from ensuring her favourite drink was a feature (what can be better than a mimosa station on entry?!), to bringing in huge potted plants to fill each corner of the room, emulating her own bedroom, which is full of plants!
